Please note:
Our service only applies to goods purchased from caraktis.com. If you buy from another website (e.g. Aliexpress, Amazon, eBay), ask the other sellers for help first. You can also refer to our FAQs. 
During peak season and promotional periods, our response time may be slightly longer. Please email us with your order number, as well as the make and year of your vehicle.
In order to better serve you and speed up your response, we recommend that you provide the following information before contacting us.

If you have any questions about the appropriate model, please provide your model and the year of manufacture.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours and provide the order number, along with an explanation of the reason for cancellation. NOTE: Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellations.  
For co-operative wholesale matters, please describe your ideas in detail in the email. It would be useful to provide product models, quantities and ways of working together so that we can discuss the details further.
After sales questions, make sure you are buying from carcris-cc.myshopify.com Please include the order number we provided. If related products are involved, please include the product name.
